WE BUILD
BUSINESSES
PEOPLE
believe in.

CTRL. is a creative growth studio working at the intersection of brand, business and culture.

We help founders build businesses people recognise, remember and choose.

TECHNOLOGY
CHANGES.
HUMAN
CONNECTION
DOESN’T.

Algorithms change.
Platforms disappear.
Trends date themselves almost overnight.

But people still buy because they trust.
They remember because they felt something.
They recommend because the experience was worth talking about.

CTRL. builds businesses around the things technology can’t replace.

NOT QUITE
AN AGENCY.
NOT QUITE
CONSULTANCY.
DEFINITELY NOT
ANOTHER CONTENT
STUDIO.

CTRL. brings together brand strategy, creative direction and commercial growth under one roof.

Sometimes that means rebuilding the way a business positions itself.
Sometimes it’s a campaign.
Sometimes it’s content, an event, a partnership or a complete creative identity.

And sometimes the smartest thing we can do is tell you not to market anything yet.

THE CTRL.
SYSTEM.

  • 01
    BRAND

Strategy · Positioning · Identity · Brand Worlds

How your business looks, sounds, feels and is understood. What should people think, feel and remember when they encounter you?

  • 02
    CREATIVE

    Direction · Campaigns · Content · Experiences

The ideas and execution that bring your brand to life. Launches, collaborations and concepts that give people something to notice.

  • 03
    GROWTH

Strategy · Offers · Customer Journey · Systems

The commercial thinking that helps your business move forward. Offers, revenue, customer journeys — and where the business deserves to be seen.

  • 04
    PARTNERSHIPS

    Collaborations · Activations · Brands · Community

The relationships and opportunities that connect your brand with the right people.

Sometimes you need one. Usually, you need to understand how they work together.

Advisory isn’t a fifth service. It’s how we work across all four — thinking alongside founders rather than handing over a deliverable.

I BUILT THE
BUSINESS FIRST.

PAIGE E.
Founder / Creative Director

CTRL. wasn’t born from studying brands.
It came from building one.

Before CTRL., I built an independent London estate agency from scratch, grew it into a six-figure business and eventually sold it.

Then I moved into business coaching, working directly with more than 30 founders and businesses across growth, sales, positioning and strategy.

But the useful part isn’t the CV. It’s what building businesses taught me.

How to sell when there is no marketing department.
How to make decisions when there is no strategy team.
How to find customers without an advertising budget.
How to build trust before somebody hands over their money.

And how easy it is to build a business that looks successful while quietly taking over your life.

CTRL. brings those lessons into the creative process.

Beautiful brands are nice. Beautiful brands that make commercial sense are better.

page 07

FEWER CLIENTS.
CLOSER
RELATIONSHIPS.

We don’t believe the best creative work happens through ticket numbers, account managers and twelve-person email chains.

CTRL. works closely with founders and teams.

We ask questions.
We challenge assumptions.
We notice things.

And we care about the commercial result as much as the creative one.

“WE DON’T WANT
TO BECOME YOUR
AGENCY.
WE WANT TO
BECOME PART OF
HOW YOU THINK.”

YOU DON’T
NEED A brief.

You can come to us with a business problem.
A half-formed idea.
A launch.
A brand nobody seems to understand.

Or simply the feeling that what you’ve built deserves better.

Start there.
